We launched Zenduty just two months before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic with a mission to redefine incident management by providing a robust, reliable, and intelligent platform for IT operations teams, DevOps, and SREs.  At a time when businesses were rapidly shifting to remote operations and dealing with unprecedented challenges, the need for a resilient and intelligent incident management platform became more critical than ever. Our platform played a crucial role in helping the best engineering teams around the world stay connected, respond to incidents with speed, institutionalize site reliability within their production operations, and ensure operational continuity during a period of global uncertainty.

Since then, we have been lucky to have assembled a world-class team whose singular focus has always been on empowering teams with proactive incident response, minimizing downtime, and ensuring business continuity. We have worked very closely with our customers and users, which include engineering leaders, infrastructure engineers, network operations, SREs, DevOps, product engineering teams, L1 support, and service management teams, and across mission-critical domains including Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Ecommerce, SaaS, and managed service providers, and we have seen firsthand how critical it is for operations management and service management teams deeply integrated. The seamless flow of information, shared context, and collaborative knowledge are essential for troubleshooting and solving customer problems faster. When teams work in silos, critical insights are lost, leading to longer resolution times and increased operational risk. It was clear to us that the future of IT and operations lies in the seamless convergence of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you—Zenduty has officially joined Xurrent, Inc! This marks the beginning of a new chapter in our journey, and I want to take a moment to thank you—our customers, partners, and supporters—who have been instrumental in making Zenduty what it is today. Your feedback, support, and challenges have shaped the platform we have built. We could not have reached this milestone without you, and we are excited to embark on this next phase together.

Xurrent is a leader in IT Service Management (ITSM), helping enterprises streamline service delivery and optimize IT workflows. At the same time, Zenduty has been at the forefront of IT Operations Management (ITOM), providing end-to-end incident management, alerting, and incident response capabilities. The synergy between ITSM and ITOM has never been more critical, and by coming together, we can offer a truly unified solution for organizations looking to bridge the gap between service management and operational resilience.

As we move forward, we are committed to evolving Zenduty to better serve production engineering teams worldwide. Our mission remains unchanged—to empower teams with the tools they need to detect, respond to, and resolve incidents with speed and confidence. By harnessing AI, automation, and deeper integrations, we will continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in incident and service management.

We hope you are just as excited about the future of incident management as we are. Our dedication to delivering high-value, quality products, along with outstanding customer service, remains stronger than ever. The best is yet to come.
