Zenduty is rebranding to Xurrent IMR
Last updated
Zenduty is officially rebranding to Xurrent IMR (Incident Management and Response). Starting November 20, 2025, you will start to see the new name and identity across the product, mobile apps, and communications.
This rebrand is a reflection of how far we’ve come, and where we’re headed. Our goal has always been to help engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams build reliability at scale. Now, as Xurrent IMR, we’re expanding that mission with more connected, intelligent, and AI-powered tools that help you prevent, respond to, and learn from incidents.
Earlier this year, Zenduty became part of Xurrent, a global leader in enterprise service management. You can read more about that acquisition here. This next step brings us closer to creating a unified reliability ecosystem that bridges incident management, observability, ITSM, and automation.
For our customers, this transition is smooth and seamless. You’ll continue to use the same platform you know and trust, with your workflows, integrations, and data untouched. The only difference you’ll notice is our refreshed look with Xurrent purple replacing Zenduty orange, a new logo, and an updated brand identity across the dashboard, mobile apps, and communications.

What this rebrand means for you
If you’re already using Zenduty, you don’t need to do anything. This rebrand is designed to be completely seamless for all our users. Everything you rely on today including your alerts, workflows, integrations, and data remains exactly the same.
Here’s what’s changing as we become Xurrent IMR:
- The Zenduty logo and orange color palette are being updated to the new Xurrent IMR identity in purple.
- Our name will change across the dashboard, mobile apps, and communications.
- The Zenduty mobile app will be renamed to Xurrent IMR on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat bots will now appear as Xurrent IMR (Zenduty) for a short time to make the transition easier for your team.
- Email templates, stakeholder communications, and system notifications will carry the new brand identity.
- Support and help documentation will now reflect Xurrent IMR branding, with an updated knowledge base
- Updated help center and support portal. You can read more about those updates here.
This rebrand simply brings Zenduty (now Xurrent IMR) under a larger vision, connecting incident management with service management and automation in one ecosystem built for modern reliability.
What’s next for Xurrent IMR
This rebrand is the foundation for what comes next. As part of the Xurrent ecosystem, Xurrent IMR will evolve into a deeply connected incident management and response platform that works alongside Xurrent ITSM, bridging service operations, automation, and reliability.
In the coming months, we’ll continue to expand what you can do within IMR. You’ll see tighter integration with ITSM workflows, more automation options, and smarter AI features that help production engineers at every step of the incident response process.
Xurrent IMR represents our continued promise to support modern engineering and operations teams with tools that grow with your business and scale with your systems.
Thank you for being part of our journey
This transition is more than a new name or a new color, it’s a shared step forward with the community that made Zenduty what it is today. We’re grateful for your trust through every alert, call, and release cycle, and we’re excited to continue building with you as Xurrent IMR.
Every change we make is guided by one goal, to help you work with less stress and more control. Whether it’s faster automation, stronger integrations, or a smoother experience, Xurrent IMR is designed to keep your teams focused on what matters most, reliability.
If you have any questions or feedback, our team is always ready to help through the updated new customer support portal. Thank you for growing with us, and here’s to the next chapter of reliability, powered by Xurrent IMR and strengthened by you.
