Azure DevOps Integration Guide

Azure Pipelines is the part of Azure DevOps that automatically builds, tests, and deploys code projects. Azure Pipelines combines continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous delivery to build, test, and deliver your code to any destination

In Zenduty:

  1. To add a new Azure DevOps, go to Teams on Zenduty and click on the team you want to add the integration to.
  2. Next, go to Services and click on the Manage button correspoding to the relevant Service.
  3. Go to Integrations and then Add New Integration. Give it a name and select the application Azure DevOps from the dropdown menu.
  4. Go to Configure under your integrations and copy the Webhook URL generated.

In Azure DevOps:

  1. Go to your Azure DevOps portal.
  2. Go to the project for which you want context alerts.
  3. Navigate to Project Settings -> Service hooks.
  1. Add a new Subscription. Select Web Hooks
  1. Select a trigger and choose appropriate filters.
  1. In the next step, add the webhook url copied earlier.
  1. Click on 'Test' to see if Zenduty sends a notification. Click "Finish". Repeat this process for all triggers you want to get notifications for.
  1. Notification Service Hooks are set!
